Neo Wave Research
Overview
Neo Wave is an advanced form of Elliott Wave analysis developed by Glenn Neely, which adds strict structural rules to improve objectivity and accuracy.
Core Rules
Impulse Wave Conditions
- Wave 2 never retraces more than 100% of Wave 1
- Wave 3 is never the shortest among waves 1, 3, and 5
- Wave 4 does not overlap Wave 1's price territory (except in diagonal triangles)
Corrective Patterns
- Zigzag (5-3-5) — Sharp correction against the trend
- Flat (3-3-5) — Sideways correction, common in strong trends
- Triangle (3-3-3-3-3) — Contracting or expanding before terminal move
- Complex Corrections — Double/Triple combinations
